===== Allocation of students to activities Fontys ICT=====

Students are often allocated to assist with our activities such as open days and open evenings, trial study days, meet & greet's, workshops etc. 

==== Submit declarations activities with and without contract ====
**Students with contract**\\
Sometimes students have a contract with Fontys ICT. If so, they can submit their declarations online. 

**Students without a contract**\\
Students who do not have a contract and therefore work occasionally use a so-called [[https://ubd.fontys.nl/|UBD form]].

**Rates IB47**\\
As of 1 July 2024, the legal minimum wage for 21 years and older has been increased. From Fontys MC&P, it has been advised to adjust the IB47 rates for all institutes and services. Fontys ICT has decided to comply with this advice.â

From 1 September 2024, the IB47 fees will be as follows:
  * Scholars: € 8.00
  * Students up to 20 years of age: € 13.00
  * Students aged 21 and over: €14.50

===== Allocation of students to activities Fontys =====
If students incur costs for education within Fontys, they may declare these after approval. These costs can be claimed using the following [[https://ubd.fontys.nl/|form]]. The corresponding receipts and/or invoices must be attached to this form. The completed form with attachments should be signed and sent to: [[digitalefacturen@fontys.nl]].
