===== Students' involvement in PR activities =====
Students are often deployed to assist with our PR activities such as open day/evening, trial day, meet & greet, workshops etc.. From February 2024, the fee is €13.50 per hour for PR work and running workshops and/or providing information sessions independently.\\
Sometimes students have a contract with Fontys ICT. Students who do not have a contract and therefore work occasionally use a so-called [[https://intern.fontys.nl/forms/ib47.declaratieformulier.22826.nl.htm|IB47 form]].\\

On the student square a special page has been set up for students about [[https://portal.fhict.nl/Studentenplein/SitePages/PR-Documenten.aspx|declaration of PR activities]]. There you can read all the details about the declarations and the conditions.

===== Students' involvement in other activities =====
If students incur costs for the education, they may claim these after approval. These costs can be claimed using the following [[https://connect.fontys.nl/diensten/FIN/Dienst%20Financn%20formulieren%20openbaar/160462-00-Declaratieformulier-Onkosten%20derden.pdf|form]].  The corresponding receipts and/or invoices must be attached to this form. The completed form and annexes should be signed and sent to: [[digitalefacturen@fontys.nl]].
