The Fontys ICT HR policy is formulated around three clusters, as shown in the figure below.

===== We stimulate the talent development of our employees and contribute to the innovation within society =====
  * We are professionals with extensive experience in our field. \\
  * As a knowledge institution, we initiate research and innovation in the work field and coach our students to play an active role in this field.\\
  * We are inspired by (educational) innovations.\\
  * We are enterprising, internationally oriented and innovative and act as a role model for our students and environment.

===== We are the owner of our work =====
  * We make our own job by making our talents known, visible and meaningfully used.\\
  * We are sustainably deployable by directing our own development.\\
  * We are responsible for the professional quality of education and research, and play an exemplary role in this.\\
  * We are a high-trust organisation and have invested the responsibilities and authorities low in our network organisation.
