is preferably also a semester coach or course lecturer with the project group;
supervises groups of students regarding their professional development (RD);
is the first point of contact for a project group in case of problems, concerns or doubts in the group process;
together with the other lecturers ensures the introduction of students and student groups in the semester;
proactively engages with project groups;
monitors the process of the project groups;
coaches students on project organisation;
provides feedback on concrete, observable behaviour of the project group, thus encouraging reflective behaviour;
monitors group dynamics, makes students aware and intervenes if necessary;
encourages students to make joint working agreements for the realisation of the project and to ensure that these agreements are met.
gives feedforward to the project group and values the feedback noted by the group in Feedpulse;
coordinates with external stakeholder(s);
coordinates with other lecturers involved with the students in the project group;
participates in the Assessor meeting as co-assessor;
takes care of its own professionalisation in this role. For example, intervision or education regarding coaching and group dynamics.
