3D-printing
Summary
This page describes how Fontys ICT students and staff can create a 3D printout.
Introduction
If you, as an Fontys ICT employee or student, want to make a 3D-print, you can do so in two ways:
- Via the 3D-printers at Fontys ICT, these are prepared by the ISSD.
- By yourself through the Makerspace.
3D-printers at Fontys ICT
Fontys ICT has a number of 3D-printers. There are 3 printers at the ISSD in P8, 3 printers at the ISSD in TQ and 1 printer at the ISSD of R10. These can be used by sending in your file and having it printed out by the ISSD. If you want to do some small experiments sometime or some more info on 3D printing in general, feel free to inquire.
3D-printers in the Makerspace
There are 10 printers in R10's Makerspace (room 1.04) that you can use by sending your print to an online tool. Information about this tool is available in the Makerspace.
