Each new employee can apply for an employee card via the portal of Dienst IT.

New employees can apply for an employee card themselves. More information about applying for and using the employee card can be found on the portal of Dienst IT.

The employee card is used for the following applications:

• For identification at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, you must be able to present the card on request in combination with a legal identification document.
• Log in to the Canon printers
• Access, including access to the premises via the barriers.
• In some Fontys buildings for the use of lockers.
• borrowing of materials: The employee card makes it possible to borrow materials from the mediatric libraries
