===== Position=====

The steering group is the linking point between the [[https://connect.fontys.nl/fontysbreed/DLO/Paginas/home.aspx|Fontys DLO programme]] and Fontys ICT's digital learning environment. 

===== Responsibilities =====

  * Alignment between DLO programme and the Fontys ICT DLO, developments from both sides.
  * Steering group informs what initiatives are ongoing and involves the relevant bodies in this.
  * Initiatives both from Fontys programmes or own educational innovation.

===== Powers =====

  * Decision advice on what choices Fontys ICT will make in this regard.
  * No pilots are discussed in the steering committee until they are incorporated into the standing organisation.

===== Operation =====

  * Meeting once every 2 months.
  * Agenda and minutes are kept in a central location, sharepoint environment.

===== Decision-making =====

Via the forum to which the decision relates or via (Extended) Leadershipteam if the issue transcends one of the Fontys ICT forums.
