Practical information about getting material for your class or your workplace.

If you need office supplies, you can contact the ISSD, for a.o.:

• Post-its
• pens / pencils
• pins / wipers
• flipcharts
• cases
• writing pads
• scissors
• glue
• adhesive tape

• Office supplies are available from the ISSD, (Eindhoven: R10 and TQ, Tilburg, P8).
  
• Make sure you get your stuff in time and don't get it wrong.
  
• Tell your colleague from the Student Desk when you'll take the last article.
  
• Items are for personal use only.
  
• Articles (for lessons) we do not give to students. You'll have to pick these up in person.
  
• If an item is out of stock, it will be ordered.
  
• Make sure you order special material or large quantities on time through a purchase request with the correct category.
  
• Nb.: Office supplies may not be ordered elsewhere because they are put out to tender within Fontys. For more information, see the page of the Fontys Service Department Huisvesting en Facilitaire zaken.
