The Association of Universities of Applied Sciences has compiled a selection that specifies what must be retained, what must be destroyed and after which period [2]. On the basis of this, the Executive Board of Fontys has established its own summarising overview.

With regard to the retention periods for assessment, Fontys R&D has produced an advice letter.

The primary responsible parties in the various processes are identified as actors in the above overviews. Where the managing director is named as an actor, the managing director has delegated this responsibility to the relevant individuals.
