Summary
An overview of the duties and responsibilities of a Partner Coordinator within Fontys ICT.
Purpose
The purpose of the role of Partner Coordinator is to make the substantive connection of the external partner network with the internal research and education organisation.
Tasks and responsibilities
The Partner Coordinator has the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Retrieving (research) assignments from the partner network, increasingly in programmatic collaborations with multiple partners and research groups over several years;
- Matching assignments from the partner network with education in terms of content and organisation;
- Maintaining and actively expanding the network leading to long-term relationships with companies and institutes committing to the role of Partner in Innovation. Responsible for a group of Partners in Innovation and coordinates with other Partner Coordinators and other stakeholders;
- Evaluates collaborations between partners and PLOUs and provides input to the research team;.
- Initiates meetings, events and the like for and with partners.
