draws up the strategic long-term vision for the further development of the Fontys ICT InnovationLab concept within Fontys ICT, also focusing on interinstitutional and transdisciplinary collaborations within the Human & Society domain and collaborations within the so-called range of education in the Brainport region;
creates, together with other Fontys institutes (e.g. within the People and Society domain), a context and frame of mind for sustainable (transdisciplinary) cooperation (with impact on society);
identifies and utilises opportunities by initiating several sustainable educational projects;
is responsible for developing and maintaining contacts with relevant internal and external stakeholders and ecosystems. This could include: SPARC Board and SPARC members, BIC, Brainport Development and other regional, provincial and national networks where appropriate;
actively maintains and increases strategic partnerships leading to long-term relationships with companies and institutes, including exploring opportunities for subsidies and funding of projects to enrich the Fontys ICT InnovationLab concept (e.g. Digital Industry Boost);
translates, in close cooperation with
UM's,
PM's,
PLOU's, professors, research managers and Partners in Innovation, the strategy to the tactical and operational layers within Fontys ICT for sustainable consolidation within the InnovationLab;
provides support at strategic level to programme coordinators (on behalf of Partners in Innovation) in the translation and integration of research into education);
helps draw up and maintain the portfolio for the Fontys ICT education and research programme and actively promotes it;
positions internally and externally the offerings from the Lab locations.
