A concise description of the Fontys ICT HR policy.
Introduction
The Fontys ICT HR policy is formulated around three clusters, as shown in the figure below.
We stimulate the talent development of our employees and contribute to the innovation within society
- We are professionals with extensive experience in our field.
- As a knowledge institution, we initiate research and innovation in the work field and coach our students to play an active role in this field.
- We are inspired by (educational) innovations.
- We are enterprising, internationally oriented and innovative and act as a role model for our students and environment.
We are the owner of our work
- We make our own job by making our talents known, visible and meaningfully used.
- We are sustainably deployable by directing our own development.
- We are responsible for the professional quality of education and research, and play an exemplary role in this.
- We are a high-trust organisation and have invested the responsibilities and authorities low in our network organisation.
We learn together
- We inspire and mobilise each other.
We value and reflect together in a safe environment on our education and research, our organisation and our own development as craftsmen.
Together we celebrate successes and learn from our mistakes.
