If you need office supplies, you can contact the ISSD, for a.o.:
- Post-its
- pens / pencils
- pins / wipers
- flipcharts
- cases
- writing pads
- scissors
- glue
- adhesive tape
The rules for office supplies
- Office supplies are available from the ISSD, (Eindhoven: R10 and TQ, Tilburg, P8).
- Make sure you get your stuff in time and don't get it wrong.
- Tell your colleague from the Student Desk when you'll take the last article.
- Items are for personal use only.
- Articles (for lessons) we do not give to students. You'll have to pick these up in person.
- If an item is out of stock, it will be ordered.
- Make sure you order special material or large quantities on time through a purchase request with the correct category.
- Nb.: Office supplies may not be ordered elsewhere because they are put out to tender within Fontys. For more information, see the page of Fontys Vastgoed & Facilities (V&F).
