Information about reimbursements to students who support PR and other activities.

Students are often deployed to assist with our PR activities such as open day/evening, trial day, meet & greet, workshops etc.. From February 2024, the fee is €13.50 per hour for PR work and running workshops and/or providing information sessions independently.
Sometimes students have a contract with Fontys ICT. Students who do not have a contract and therefore work occasionally use a so-called IB47 form.

On the student square a special page has been set up for students about declaration of PR activities. There you can read all the details about the declarations and the conditions.

If students incur costs for the education, they may claim these after approval. These costs can be claimed using the following form. The corresponding receipts and/or invoices must be attached to this form. The completed form and annexes should be signed and sent to: digitalefacturen@fontys.nl.
