Employee Interaction Center HR2Day is a digital environment in which Fontys employees' personal details are included and can easily be viewed and/or changed by the employee himself/herself.

Applications

The P&O Service Centre of Dienst P&O manages and processes personnel and salary data of all Fontys employees. They do this by means of the HR2day personnel information system.

HR2day has expanded to include the Employee Interaction Center (EIC).

HR4me is a digital environment in which you, as an employee, can view and change a number of your personal details, submit declarations and view salary specifications and annual statements. You will also find information on your DI-uren (sustainable employability working hours) and development cycle forms.

Matters you can pass on yourself to, or request from, the P&O Service Centre via the Interaction Center:

  • Various forms of paid and unpaid leave (after consultation with PM)
  • Study programmes
  • Personal data
  • Reduction of duties (after consultation with PM)
  • Trade-off arrangements (travel expenses, union contribution)

  • Employer's statement
  • Work schedule change (after consultation with PM)
  • Working time reduction Seniors (after consultation with PM)
