Vision on the organisation of Fontys ICT
Fontys ICT has developed its mission in its organisational vision:
Fontys ICT optimally reinforces the talent development of its employees.
In our organisation we are inspired by the ideas of Semler (Semco), the principles of The cluster organisation of Quinn Mills and the principles of Investors in People.
- We have a culture in which learning is central and mistakes (so!) may be made;
- Shared ownership and personal responsibility are sought;
- We call each other to account for quality;
- * Employees have a great deal of freedom to shape their own work and careers pro-actively;
- While working, they develop themselves and thus remain market-conforming professionals;
- Learning, living, working and research are integrated.
In this culture, bottom-up initiatives and organisational forms, such as the Ambition Themes and the iCop team, fit in. This is where ideas and innovations come from, which then look at how they take shape in the Fontys ICT policy and the Fontys ICT activities.
