Summary
Supplementary regulations for testing for digital tests using electronic aids such as a laptop or computer with a digital way of making or handing in live.

A digital test is defined as a test or assignment taken at an examination location under the supervision of at least 2 invigilators, using a conforming laptop. There are no exclusions other than that the test or assignment is made live digital or submitted digitally.

A working laptop that is equipped with all the necessary software and tools to be able to take the test.

• At least two weeks before the test but preferably at the beginning of the unit of study, the student will be informed about the permitted and mandatory tools, software and specifications that may be used during the test respectively must be used;
• The student is free to practice for the test with the mandatory software; Exercises and exercise specifications will be made available for this purpose. This also includes, for example, field related exercise assignments that are made available during the regular lessons;
• Within Fontys ICT, II&A or the ISSD are the designated bodies that can be consulted by the student to support the necessary software and tools.

• At least 2 invigilators must be present during the test;
• During the test, all rules concerning written tests apply with the exception of paragraphs 2 and 3 of section declarations paper and tools and paragraph 8 of section Rules of Conduct;
• It is the student's responsibility to have a conforming laptop during the test, i.e. a working laptop that is equipped with all the required software and tools to be able to take the test;
• If the student does not have a conforming laptop during the test, the student will not be able to participate in this session of the test. Invigilators and lecturers are not allowed to help students with problems arising from the student's laptop in case it is not conforming;
• Digital (and analogue) communication between students is strictly forbidden during the session;
• Before leaving the test, the student must show the invigilators, for verification purposes, that the work has actually been submitted in the handover tool (e.g. Canvas)

• Students who are caught during the test for non-compliance with one or more of the rules of the Regulation Digital Testing, may be referred by the invigilators and/or lecturers to the examination chamber for a fraud investigation; In this case, the session for the students in question will be terminated immediately and they will be asked to leave the location; The invigilator draws up a report on the established facts and informs the examination chamber about them;
• All fraud cases are handled in accordance with the Fraud policy.
