This page describes how Fontys ICT (and Fontys) employees can be reached by phone, email or post.

All Fontys employees are listed in the digital Fontys contact guide. It contains the basic data of each employee. Additions and/or changes, such as task, inbox, accessibility, working days, etc. can (have to) be made by yourself.

The PCN is used for many purposes at Fontys. The Personal Communication Number is person-related. Immediately after your appointment, the PCN is created by Dienst IT. You will receive this number by e-mail via HR Fontys ICT. From then on, you'll be communicating with this number within Fontys. You can find all the PCNs of your colleagues and other Fontys employees in the Bereikbaarheidsgids (Fontys contact guide).

Fontys has its own network (08850) which can be reached throughout the Netherlands at local rates. The Fontys Information Telephone can be reached at 08850 80000.

An email address will be assigned to you at the same time as your PCN number. Your email address usually consists of your first initial, followed by a dot, followed by your last name, followed by @fontys.nl. Through webmail you can use this email address anywhere.

All students also receive a Fontys email address. We urge you to use only these Fontys email addresses instead of private email addresses. The Fontys e-mail addresses are used to send information on a regular basis, such as student newsletters, internship placements, etc. Students are aware of the fact that they must use/read the Fontys e-mail address. Through the Student Desk you can request distribution lists of groups of students.

Mail can be placed in the appropriate container at the ISSD. You can also put mail in the central hall in the appropriate container. The P.O. Box number is: PO Box 347, 5600 AH Eindhoven. Always include the number of Fontys ICT (029) in the top left-hand corner on mail items).
