Summary
To support developers and implementers, Fontys ICT has a group of educational specialists. The following is a description of the purpose, tasks and responsibilities of the educational specialist.
Purpose
Educational specialists contribute to educational improvement and innovation at Fontys ICT.
Tasks and responsibilities
The core tasks of the educational team are: * Translating and securing the implementation of the educational vision;
- Improve and substantiate the educational specialist's implementation of a semester.
- Implement ADDIE model structurally (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
- Educational specialist support in (new) education to be developed.
- Participate in the development group, using ADDIE model.
- Professionalisation of lecturers in the field of didactics, pedagogy, assessment and research.
- Coaching, inspiring, supervising Basic-level Teaching Qualification (BKO) Mid-level Teaching Qualification (MKO) SKO. Lesson visits and workshops.
- Ensuring continuous learning lines in primary education, educational specialist curriculum.
- Critical sparring with CEs.
- Educational specialist support and advice in formulating Fontys ICT's educational vision and its implementation.
- Critical sparring with the Curriuculum development committee (OO) during meetings.
- Didactic assurance of digital systems to support implementation of educational vision;
- Programme implementation.
